Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 2, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, free trials, and subscription billing work for Insightia.
Insightia is operated by Yuri Astakhov, Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.
By starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using Insightia, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Free Trial
Insightia may offer a 5-day free trial.
To start the free trial, you may need to enter valid payment details. You will not be charged during the free trial period.
If you do not want to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the free trial ends.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged according to the plan shown at checkout.
2. No Refunds After Payment
Because Insightia provides a free trial and immediate access to digital educational content, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged.
This means:
- we do not provide refunds for monthly subscription charges after the trial ends;
- we do not provide partial refunds for unused time;
- we do not provide refunds if you forget to cancel before the trial ends;
- we do not provide refunds for 3-month, annual, promotional, discounted, founder, or affiliate plans after payment;
- we do not provide refunds simply because you did not use the Service after payment.
This does not limit any refund rights you may have under applicable law or under Paddle’s buyer terms.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
The recommended cancellation method is through the Paddle customer billing portal. If you cannot access the billing portal, you may contact us at:
Cancellation prevents future charges. It does not automatically refund charges already paid.
After cancellation, you will normally retain access to Insightia until the end of your current paid billing period.
4. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Paddle is our payment provider and Merchant of Record.
This means Paddle may be responsible for processing payments, taxes, invoices, receipts, refund requests, chargebacks, billing updates, and payment-related customer support.
If a refund is required by law or approved under Paddle’s terms, it may be processed by Paddle rather than directly by Insightia.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Paddle or Insightia may notify you and attempt to collect payment again.
If payment is not completed, your access may be paused, restricted, or cancelled.
6. Promotions and Discounts
Promotional, founder, affiliate, discounted, or limited-time offers may have special pricing.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, discounted or promotional subscription payments are non-refundable after payment.
If a discount expires, your subscription may renew at the regular price shown at checkout or in your billing terms.
7. Duplicate or Technical Billing Issues
If you believe you were charged twice by mistake, charged after cancellation, or experienced a technical billing error, contact us at:
Please include the email used for purchase, the date of the charge, and any Paddle receipt or transaction information.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, coordinate with Paddle.
