Welcome to Insightia. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Insightia website, digital products, subscriptions, immersive video tests, educational materials, downloadable resources, emails, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Yuri Astakhov, Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia (“Insightia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using any of our materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Insightia Provides

Insightia is an educational subscription platform for parents and caregivers. Our core product is a collection of immersive video tests designed to help adults reflect on parenting situations, emotional responses, child behaviour, attachment, boundaries, emotional regulation, and family dynamics.

From time to time, we may also provide optional bonuses or additional features, including quizzes, meditations, reflection tools, library materials, downloadable PDFs, worksheets, audio content, email content, or other educational resources.

We may update, add, remove, or modify features and content at any time.

2. Educational Use Only

Insightia is provided for educational and self-reflection purposes only.

The Service is not therapy, medical advice, psychological treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or a substitute for professional care. Any references to attachment, trauma, nervous system regulation, emotional development, parenting patterns, or child behaviour are intended for general educational purposes only.

If you or someone in your family needs medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or emergency support, you should contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

3. Adult Users Only

The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 or older.

Children are not intended users of the Service and should not create accounts, purchase subscriptions, or submit information directly. Parents or caregivers may choose to provide child-related information as part of quizzes, forms, tests, or reflections, but this information must be submitted by an adult.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Accounts and Access

To use certain features, you may need to create an account or access the Service through a third-party platform such as Kajabi.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree not to share your account access with others or allow others to use your subscription.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, shared access without permission, attempted to copy or redistribute content, or used the Service in a harmful or unlawful way.

5. Free Trial and Subscription

Insightia may offer a 5-day free trial. To start the free trial, you may be required to enter valid payment details.

After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. The minimum monthly subscription price after discounts may be $9.99 per month, although pricing may vary depending on offers, plans, promotions, currencies, taxes, and billing options.

We may offer monthly, 3-month, annual, promotional, founder, affiliate, or discounted plans. The specific price and billing period will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

6. Payments Through Paddle

Payments for Insightia are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.

This means that Paddle may be the legal seller of the subscription or digital product for payment, tax, invoicing, refund, and billing purposes. Paddle may collect payment details, process payments, calculate and collect applicable taxes, issue invoices or receipts, manage payment-related customer support, and handle refunds or chargebacks according to Paddle’s own terms and policies.

By purchasing through Paddle, you may also be agreeing to Paddle’s terms, privacy policy, and buyer terms.

Insightia is responsible for providing access to the educational product and content. Paddle is responsible for payment processing and Merchant of Record obligations.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

The recommended cancellation method is through the Paddle customer billing portal. If you cannot access the billing portal, you may contact us at [email protected].

Cancellation prevents future charges. Unless otherwise required by law or Paddle’s terms, cancellation does not create a refund for charges already paid. After cancellation, you will normally retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.

8. Refunds

Our refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because Insightia provides a free trial and immediate access to digital content, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law or Paddle’s buyer terms.

Refund requests, where applicable, may be handled through Paddle as Merchant of Record.

9. Affiliate Links and Promotions

Insightia may work with affiliates, creators, influencers, partners, or referral partners. Some links, coupon codes, promotions, emails, or recommendations may be connected to an affiliate or referral relationship.

If you purchase through an affiliate link or referral code, the affiliate may receive a commission. This does not necessarily change the price you pay unless a specific discount or promotional offer is clearly shown.

We may change, pause, or end affiliate or promotional offers at any time.

10. Personal Use Only

Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial parenting education and reflection.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, download, record, scrape, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share our content, except where we expressly allow downloads for personal use;
• share your login or subscription with others;
• use Insightia materials for commercial training, coaching, courses, workshops, or competing products without written permission;
• use our content to train, fine-tune, develop, or improve AI systems, datasets, models, or competing educational products;
• remove copyright notices or branding;
• reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass access controls;
• use the Service for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All Insightia content, including videos, tests, scripts, designs, frameworks, text, audio, meditations, quizzes, worksheets, branding, graphics, product structure, and educational materials, belongs to Insightia or its licensors.

No rights are transferred to you except the limited personal access rights described in these Terms.

12. User Inputs and Feedback

You may submit quiz answers, test responses, reflections, support messages, survey answers, feedback, or other information.

You retain any rights you have in your own submissions. However, you grant Insightia permission to use, process, store, analyze, and display your submissions as needed to provide the Service, personalize your experience, improve our product, customize offers, provide support, and develop future features.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or comments about Insightia, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

13. Child-Related Information

Parents or caregivers may provide information about a child, such as age, behaviour, family situations, emotional patterns, or parenting challenges.

You agree that any child-related information you submit is provided by you as the adult parent, caregiver, or authorized user, and not directly by the child.

You should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information, medical details, or information that you do not have the right to share.

14. Email and Marketing Communications

By signing up, starting a trial, purchasing, or submitting your email, you may receive service-related emails, educational emails, product updates, reminders, offers, and marketing communications.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in our emails. Transactional and service-related emails may still be sent where necessary.

15. Third-Party Services

Insightia may use third-party tools and platforms, including Kajabi, Paddle, Genially, Fillout, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Zapier, Make, email tools, analytics services, and affiliate/referral tracking tools.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, integrations, outages, errors, or policies.

16. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a high-quality experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access to the Service.

We may update, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including content, features, pricing, bonuses, or platform structure.

17. No Guaranteed Results

Insightia is designed to support reflection, learning, and awareness. We do not guarantee any specific parenting outcome, child behaviour change, emotional result, relationship improvement, or personal transformation.

Your results may depend on many factors outside our control.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insightia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Insightia or Paddle for the Service during the three months before the claim arose, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Insightia harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of another person’s rights.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk for us or other users, or engage in conduct we believe is harmful, unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or commercially exploitative.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled as described above.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, except that payment, billing, tax, refund, chargeback, and Merchant of Record matters may also be governed by Paddle’s applicable terms and policies.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.

If changes are material, we may notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
